Ascend Specialty Rx was founded to fill a specific gap: patients whose treatment plans call for something a manufactured drug can't provide, whether that's a different strength, a removed allergen, or a delivery form they can actually use.
Every preparation follows USP compounding standards and Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations. We work directly with prescribers to get the details right the first time.

USP <797> certified clean rooms for sterile compounding, dedicated USP <795> space for non-sterile preparations, and USP <800> controls for hazardous medications.
