If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in via the checkbox on our contact form, you're enrolling in the Ascend Specialty Rx mobile messaging program. These Mobile Terms of Service explain what that means.

1. Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from Ascend Specialty Rx related to your prescriptions and pharmacy services — primarily refill alerts and appointment reminders, and occasionally other relevant account notifications.

2. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your prescriptions, appointments, and interactions with us. Recurring messages may be sent.

3. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

4. Opt-Out Instructions. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive a confirmation of your opt-out. To resume messages, reply START.

6. Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. See the Privacy Policy above for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Eligibility. You must be the account holder for the mobile number provided, or have that account holder's permission, to opt into this program.

8. Changes to These Terms. We may modify these Mobile Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from Ascend Specialty Rx.

Services described on this website, including sterile compounding and the prescriber portal, may not yet be active. Where a service is marked "Coming Soon," it is not currently available.
