A note on what compounding is, and isn't. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacist for an individual patient, based on a prescriber's order and documented clinical need. They are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality, and are not copies of or substitutes for commercially available FDA-approved drugs. Every active ingredient we use is sourced from FDA-registered facilities and comes with a Certificate of Analysis verifying its identity, purity, and potency. We compound in accordance with Florida Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP standards.
